Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Vardra subscriptions from Apex Radius Inc. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Try before you pay
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate Vardra in full before any charge. Because the trial lets you assess the Service at no cost, fees become payable only after the trial ends and you continue.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account or billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once it has started, except where required by law.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access through the end of the 12-month term. Renewals are charged at the start of each new term unless cancelled beforehand. We send a reminder before an annual plan renews.
When we do issue refunds
We will refund a charge where: a renewal was billed in error or after a valid cancellation; you were charged despite cancelling during the free trial; a duplicate charge occurred; or a refund is required by the consumer-protection law of your place of residence.
EU/UK right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our free trial period meets or exceeds this window. If you are entitled to withdraw and have not used the Service beyond evaluation, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund of that charge.
App store purchases
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, their refund policies apply and refunds must be requested through them, not through Apex Radius.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
