Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs what you may and may not do with Vardra. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Because Vardra is zero-knowledge, we cannot see your vault contents; this policy concerns conduct and use of the Service, not the data you store.

You may not

  • Use the Service to violate any law or to store or distribute content you have no right to.
  • Attack, probe, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
  • Distribute malware, phishing material, or use the Service to facilitate fraud or credential theft.
  • Circumvent authentication, rate limits, licensing, or usage restrictions.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
  • Interfere with, degrade, or disrupt the Service or the experience of other users.
  • Reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.

Automated access

Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated clients against our services except through interfaces we provide for that purpose and within their documented limits.

Security research

We welcome good-faith security research conducted within the scope of our security.txt. Testing must not target other users' data, degrade the Service, or extend beyond what is needed to demonstrate an issue.

Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, with or without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to authorities. Questions: [email protected].
